	For Interstate Application Only $200 For A CURRENT Registered VAMAA Fighter & has already competed with VAMAA previously. Special Clearance to compete interstate Application. $300 For New Registration for VAMAA application to Compete Interstate (minimum 15 Days Plus Notice) $400 LATE NOTICE (under 14 Days from fight date) For a Fighter Clearance to compete Interstate Application Note: No refunds for Membership Applications after they are paid.

	APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR COMPETITORS
	All VAMAA competitors must complete and submit an application form prior to the weigh in. No application forms will be accepted on the night. All application forms must be accompanied by 1 form of identification, which must include a photo. A $75 registration fee applies for every application. All competitors must provide a VAMAA current medical certificate signed by a Doctor verifying they are fit enough to compete. Certificates of fitness to compete are valid for 12 months. All competitors must provide a current blood test verifying they are negative for Hep A, Hep B, Hep C & HIV. All completed forms must be submitted at the weigh-in. Forms will NOT be accepted on the night of the event. Once registered with VAMAA, competitors will be issued a fighter's book, which will be valid for 12 months. Loss of a fighters book will result in a $20 replacement fee. All paper work is subject to confidentiality.
